Please be advised that RVS Group reserves the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions from time to time at their discretion. It is the responsibility of the Customer to check these Terms prior to engaging with the Company.
Product Descriptions and Information
RVS Group try to ensure that all product descriptions and photographs are up to date and give the Customer the correct and accurate representation of the products that we sell. Therefore, it is highly recommended that any queries surrounding any of our products should be raised prior to placing an order to ensure you are receiving the product you require.
Prices and Payment
RVS Group continuously monitor the prices displayed on our website to ensure that all products and prices are listed correctly. However, if an item is priced incorrectly, the Company will not be liable to supply the requested products at the displayed price.
Unless stated otherwise all prices displayed on the Website are plus VAT at today’s applicable rate.
RVS Group reserve the right to adjust the prices of any products at the Company’s discretion. These changes do not affect orders which have already been confirmed prior to the adjustments. However, any future orders or reorders the Customer makes may be affected.
Cancellations and Returns
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations (formerly covered by the Distance Selling Regulations), RVS Group allow a 14 day cancellation policy.
If for any reason you wish to cancel your order, it is the responsibility of the Customer to inform us of this decision and return the goods to RVS Group within 14 days to guarantee a refund. To keep in line with regulations, RVS Group will issue a refund for cancelled orders within 14 days of receiving your returned products.
RVS Group reserve the right to issue only a partial refund or withhold the refund if we feel that the product has been damaged or is returned faulty as a result of handling by the Customer. Where possible all items must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging to ensure a refund.
All approved returns will be refunded at the purchase rate unless stated otherwise.
If an order is damaged or faulty upon receipt, please contact our customer service team who will assist with the replacement or refund of your product(s).
